• Open for parking 24 hours a day, 7 days per week
• Hourly and daily parking rates
• Yellow Ramp: entrance/exit are on East Drive
• Blue Ramp: accessed by hospital’s main loop on Thomas Jackson Drive

How to Use Pay Stations

1. Upon entering the garage, wave your hand in front of entry lane machine and pull a ticket.
2. After your park, take your ticket with you while visiting.
3. Pay at a pay station before returning to your vehicle.
   • Stop at a pay station by the garage elevators (1st and ground floors) and scan your ticket
   • Follow the on-screen instructions to make your payment. Cash, credit card, and validation are accepted. If you have a parking validation: Scan the barcode. In some cases, your validation may be electronically validated. In this case, the gate arms will raise automatically without the need to scan the validation.

Payment may also be made at the drive-up pay station in the exit lane of the garage. Credit card and validation are accepted. No cash is accepted in the exit lane.

The Medical Research Building (MRB) parking lot is located at 425 Elmwood Avenue.

The Saunders Research Building (SRB) Lot is located at 265 Crittenden Boulevard.

• If driving yourself, see the Emergency Department parking attendant prior to parking yourself. The Emergency Department parking lot is reserved for patients who drive themselves only.
• Patients can be dropped off at the ED door (do not go to the ambulance bay) and patrons may park in the hospital garage.

Payment Options

Valet parking is currently suspended at the Hospital’s Main Entrance

As of Monday, Oct. 24, 2022, valet parking is available at Wilmot Cancer Center, Crittenden Blvd., from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

For $8 we will park your car and return it to you at our convenient valet stand locations.

The valet service accepts credit cards, in addition to cash payments, and the $8 price remains the same. Instead of worrying about payment when you pull up, you can leave your car with the valet and pay later, helping you get to appointments on time.

To Use the Valet Parking Service

• Drive into the main traffic circle from Elmwood Ave. and signal a Parking Representative or a Hospital Ambassador.
• A $8 fee covers both valet service and short-term parking. The valet will give you a valet ticket stub, which you will need to claim your vehicle after your visit.
• To retrieve your vehicle, please visit the valet desk at the Cancer Center lobby (until 5 p.m.). After 5 p.m. speak with an Ambassador and they can call Parking, or use the valet phone in the hospital’s main lobby to call Parking at (585) 275-4524 and a parking representative will come up to the lobby to assist you.
